A family business forged by nuclear standards
PIHASA was born in 1981 manufacturing pipe supports for Spain's nuclear power stations. Four and a half decades later, we still apply that same bar to every refinery, petrochemical plant and process plant that trusts us.
Our history
From Daganzo to the world
Founded by Mr. Carlos Cuñado Alonso, PIHASA was Spain's first pipe support manufacturer. Building Spain's nuclear fleet demanded, from day one, the highest quality standards in the industry: that culture still defines how we work.

Mr. Carlos Cuñado Alonso founds PIHASA in Madrid: Spain's first pipe support manufacturer.

Nuclear qualification
Supply and qualification for Spain's nuclear power stations, under the most demanding quality requirements in the industry.

ISO 9001 certification
The quality system born in the nuclear sector is certified and extended to all production.

International expansion
Supply to Latin America, North Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe alongside the major engineering companies.

Over 15,000 tonnes of pipe supports supplied, a complete range, our own software and a third generation on the way.
