The range

Ten families, one for every problem in your piping

Every family follows the PIHASA 147A catalogue and can be built to client standards. Download the datasheet for each one, or ask our engineering team to help you select it.

Series A–H · individually calibrated

Variable spring supports

They absorb the vertical displacement of the pipe while keeping the load within the admissible deviation. Series A–H with different travels and load ranges, calibrated and locked at the factory.

Deviation ≤ 6 % over the full travel

Constant load supports

A virtually constant load across the entire travel: the solution when displacement is large and the admissible load deviation is small. Available in base-mounted or hanging configurations.

Rigid hangers and accessories

Rods, turnbuckles, clamps, lugs and hanging structures for lines without significant vertical displacement. The foundation of any well-engineered support arrangement.

Designed to stress loads

Mechanical restraints

Stops, guides and anchors that control the line's degrees of freedom: they direct thermal expansion exactly where the flexibility analysis needs it.

Snubbers · seismic applications

Hydraulic dampers

They allow slow thermal movement and lock against dynamic events: water hammer, seismic activity, safety valve discharge. Essential protection in process and nuclear plants.

Up to +600 °C

High-temperature thermal supports

Pre-insulated supports for hot lines: they break the thermal bridge while maintaining load capacity, without degrading the line's insulation.

Down to −196 °C · PUF / resins

Cryogenic supports

For LNG and liquefied gases down to −196 °C: high-density PUF cores, laminated wood or resins, calculated against both load and thermal bridging.

We integrate our work with your stress office: starting from your isometrics and loads, we propose the optimal selection for every support and deliver complete documentation —drawings, calculations, material certificates and the quality dossier—.
